"We have paged through your answering service 2 times today and our warranty company has paged 1 time. The warranty company did not receive your technicians full report and is simply asking for additional information. They say you have not responded to them and suggested we page. I see your response to another warranty customer and you mention that customers do not fully understand their warranty and your hands are sometimes tied. Are you being prevented from returning our call? Has your technician submitted all the appropriate information and the warranty company is not being honest? We do not have heat and we just need some answers. The warranty company says if they get the completed report they can move forward. "
